HR Consulting TR is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return any materials provided by HR Consulting TR.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
